As the newly appointed HR & OD Director, I’m thrilled to announce several new roles in our team, highlighting Brent Council’s significant investment in these critical services.
Your Role in our Bold Vision
We want to support our Council to deliver services in new and innovative ways, placing residents and the business at the centre of key decision making. As a member of the HR & OD Team, you will help to drive our culture change programme, support the delivery of a new people strategy, and enhance the working lives of our staff.
